Welcome to Bitcoin Devil. We provide products and services related to cryptocurrency trading and investing by means of an automated crypto trader bot – of which you solely control and configure the settings. The strategies, copy bots, templates, signals, and recommendations we provide via our website, the Cryptohopper marketplace, and our Discord community will hereinafter jointly be referred to as "our Services."

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Bitcoin Devil ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") concerning your access to and use of https://www.bitcoindevil.org/ as well as any related media, mobile applications, or platforms (collectively, the "Site"). This includes, but is not limited to, the Terms of Use set by Cryptohopper, in which Bitcoin Devil is referred to as a "Signal Provider."

Trading and investing in cryptocurrencies carries significant financial risk. Many traders and investors lose money. You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose entirely. Cryptocurrencies are volatile assets – price movements can work for you, but also against you.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• We are not responsible under any circumstances for any financial loss you incur, whether from manual trades, automated strategies, copy bots, templates, or signals.
• We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or failures on Cryptohopper's side, including but not limited to issues with their hardware, software, servers, APIs, or internet connectivity.
• You understand and accept that past performance and backtest results do not guarantee future results and no rights can be derived from any backtest or historical data.
• Profitability is never guaranteed.

Limitations of Liability
